We stand by the quality of our O-Farming Training Course & Bonuses. If, within the first 30 days, you find the program doesn't meet your expectations, contact us via email, and we'll promptly process a refund for your purchase. Accessible via https://buildofarm.com/refund.

Reach Radar:

We stand by the quality of our Reach Radar software. If, within the first 30 days, you find the software doesn't meet your expectations, contact us via email, and we'll promptly process a refund for your purchase. Accessible via https://buildofarm.com/refund.

Software & Mentorship:

In order to be entitled to a refund for any additional software & mentorship provided, we must receive your request within three (3) days of your product purchase date. You acknowledge and agree that if you have joined a partnership with Buildofarm or any of Buildofarm's affiliates, our products and services including but not limited to the AI Reach Assistant, and the O-Farming mentorship, are subject to a three (3) day right of rescission where you, the buyer, may cancel within three (3) business days of your initial payment. After that time, the company reserves the right on whether or not to issue a refund.

Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold Buildofarm, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, content providers, service providers, employees, agents, officers, directors, and contractors (hereinafter known as the "Indemnified Parties") harmless from any breach of these Terms by you, including any use of Content other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.

You agree that the Indemnified Parties will have no liability in connection with any such breach or unauthorized use, and you agree to indemnify any and all resulting loss, damages, judgments, awards, costs, expenses, and attorney's fees of the Indemnified Parties in connection therewith. Survival
